2. Eligibility for Refunds

2.1 Refunds are only considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical failure preventing access to digital downloads despite multiple attempts.

• Duplicate charges caused by Mollie or system error.

2.2 Requests for refunds must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

• Order number / transaction ID

• Description of the issue

3. Digital Product Access Issues

3.1 If you experience issues downloading the product, ShedCraft Co. will provide support to restore access.

3.2 We are not responsible for device incompatibility or user errors preventing download.

3.3 We may provide replacement links or technical assistance, but this does not guarantee a refund.

4. Payment Processor

4.1 All payments are processed securely via Mollie.

4.2 Mollie handles payment disputes; any chargeback or refund requests must go through our support first.

4.3 ShedCraft Co. will cooperate with Mollie to resolve any legitimate technical or processing issues.

5. No Refund for Change of Mind

5.1 Digital products are instant-access and intangible, so refunds will not be issued for change of mind, mistaken purchase, or dissatisfaction with results.

5.2 Please read the product descriptions, demo images, and system requirements carefully before purchase.
